Return, Refund , Exchange policy

 

You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. AAB will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

How do I return an item?

The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip. Your package contains a Return and Exchange Form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item.

You can use our return label which is included in your package. The return shipping fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise. If you have lost the return form Please contact Customer Service via email. For a new return address label, please contact Customer Service.

If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. AAB is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by AAB. AAB does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds for online purchases

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanging items in the online store

Fill out the Return and Exchange form and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange. Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the return label. Read the delivery note that comes with your package for more information.  We do not accept exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Please Note:   

  • You will not be charged for items purchased with a credit card until they are shipped. Items purchased on debit card may be billed immediately upon order confirmation.
  • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
